Saturdays book about six weeks out. Weekdays are usually available on shorter notice. Send us your date and we'll confirm availability same-day.
We arrive 60-90 minutes before guests, set everything up, do a full safety walk-through, and return to break it all down. You just show up and enjoy the party.

Delivery, setup, and teardown are included on every booking within 25 miles of our Little River studio. Outside that ring we'll quote a small travel fee. Saturdays book up first, usually about six weeks out.

For Saturday dates we recommend booking 4-6 weeks out, especially March through October. Weekday and Sunday dates can often be picked up with just 1-2 weeks' notice.
Yes. Every rental includes delivery, full setup, safety walk-through, and teardown. You don't lift a finger - and we usually arrive 60-90 minutes before guests.
Grass is ideal. We also set up on artificial turf, concrete patios, asphalt driveways, and most indoor venues. Just let us know during booking so we bring the right anchoring.
You can reschedule or convert to studio credit up to 24 hours before delivery - no fees, no questions. We watch the radar with you, which matters in a Miami summer.
Yes. Party Lab carries $2M general liability, and every piece is professionally inspected annually plus checked before each rental. We can send a Certificate of Insurance for venues that require one.
Absolutely. The studio in Little River is open by appointment on Thursdays and Fridays - drop us a note and we'll set a time.
