Water access is the thing to check. Plenty of school fields, church lots and condo common areas have no spigot anywhere near where you want the tank, and a hose can only reach so far. Look before you book the date, not the morning of. If the nearest tap is a long way off, tell us and we will work around it.

Usually yes, with permission from the venue. Many Miami-Dade schools, parks, condo associations and HOAs have their own paperwork, and approvals can take a week or two. Check with the venue early and tell us what they need. We will help you coordinate.
