Shade from the Miami sun, cover from the afternoon storm, and a defined space for the food and the tables. Delivered and installed across Miami-Dade.
A tent earns its money twice in Miami. It keeps the sun off, which matters most of the year here, when a yard with no shade empties out by early afternoon. And it saves the event outright when the afternoon storm rolls through, which in summer it usually does.
Count guests first. Roughly 12 to 15 square feet per person for a seated event, 7 to 10 if people are standing. Add space for food tables, because those always get forgotten.
Grass takes stakes, which is the strongest anchoring. On asphalt, pavers or concrete we use weights instead. Tell us the surface when you ask for a quote.
Setup and dismantle are part of the rental. Tents are not a drop and go item, so our crew handles the whole thing.
Tents are among the first things to go on a busy weekend. If your date is fixed, get it locked in.
Tell us your date, your zip code, and what else you are planning. Booking add-ons together means one delivery and one setup. We reply within the hour during studio hours.
Start a bookingWind is the honest caveat, and it is why we will sometimes talk you into a smaller tent than you asked for. If severe weather is forecast, a tent comes down. That is a safety rule, not a judgment call, and from June to November it is worth keeping an eye on the tropics as your date gets close. We would rather say it now than on the day.
Ground is the other one. In some parts of Miami-Dade there is rock close to the surface, and plenty of yards are pavers or concrete. Tell us the surface and where the tent is going and we will plan the anchoring around it.
Party Lab Miami is a full party rental studio serving Miami-Dade. Mix a water slide, a castle combo, or an obstacle course into the same booking and it all arrives together. Browse the full Miami party rental lineup.
Don't see your question? Reach out and we'll reply the same day.
Start with your guest count. Around 12 to 15 square feet per person if people are seated at tables, and 7 to 10 if it is a standing event. Then add room for food tables, a cake table, and anywhere people will line up.
Yes. On hard ground we anchor with weights instead of stakes. Tell us the surface when you ask for a quote, because it changes the setup.
Always. Tents include install and dismantle. This is not a drop and go item, and it is not something to attempt yourself.
Safety comes first. In high wind a tent has to come down, and we will tell you straight if conditions are not safe. During hurricane season we watch the forecast with you as the date gets close.
Earlier than you think, especially for busy weekends and holiday season. If your date is fixed, book the tent first and fill in the rest afterwards.
That is the usual pairing, and booking them together means one delivery and one crew visit. See our table and chair rentals and tell us your guest count.
Tell us your date and we'll send a quote within the hour. Delivery, setup, and teardown always included.
